[Role]. [Two lines of hospitality experience: properties, roles, years.]
InnCheck combines a network of inspectors with real hospitality experience and a central team that prepares every mission and reviews every report. We help owners and managers see what procedures, dashboards and reviews alone don’t show.
A useful mystery audit doesn’t just hand out marks: it separates perception, observation and interpretation. That discipline is what turns a test stay into a management tool.
InnCheck works independently, discreetly and with respect for people: we measure service, not individual employees.
If you entrust someone with judging your service, you have the right to know who they are.
[Role]. [Two lines of hospitality experience: properties, roles, years.]
[Head of method and report review. Experience, any UNI 11312-2 lead auditor qualification.]
Professionals with real hospitality experience, trained in the InnCheck method and chosen for each mission by guest profile and property type.
The value of an audit depends on who observes. That is why our selection criteria are written down and the same for everyone.
Every inspector has worked in hospitality or knows it professionally: they can tell a one-off slip from a process problem.
We never assign missions to anyone who works, or has recently worked, for a competitor of the property visited.
The same inspector never visits the same property on two consecutive missions, so they won’t be recognised.
Scorecard, scenarios and scoring criteria are shared: two inspectors in the same hotel should reach comparable conclusions.
Every inspector signs a confidentiality commitment covering the property, its data and the results.
No report leaves without a review by our central team, checking consistency, evidence and recommendations.
